Founded in 2024, Sentry Realty is a New York–based private equity real estate firm originally established to manage and grow the substantial property portfolio of two prominent New York families. With approximately $1.2 billion in assets under management, Sentry Realty oversees a diversified portfolio comprising more than 1 million rentable square feet of office space, over 600,000 rentable square feet of industrial assets, and more than 1,400 multifamily units.
Over the past year, Sentry Realty has executed several notable transactions, including the acquisitions of 1370 Broadway, 1375 Broadway, and 292 Madison. Underscoring its deep roots and leasing expertise in the New York City market, the firm successfully pre-leased more than 119,000 rentable square feet at 1370 Broadway, representing nearly 45% of the building’s office footprint, prior to full repositioning.
Sentry Realty is actively pursuing acquisitions of opportunistic office and core-plus/value-add multifamily properties throughout the New York City metropolitan area, aligning its investment strategy with evolving demographic and market trends.
