Bio

I’m a native Brooklynite who grew up around businesses and real estate, so building and operating businesses has always felt natural to me. For the past 12 years, I’ve been involved in the operations side of American Exchange Group, helping scale the company as it expanded into new categories and strengthened its relationships with major retailers. My focus has always been on operations, because strong operations are what turn ideas into real results—they drive efficiency, protect margins, and create the foundation for long-term growth.

Over time, I’ve been fortunate to have the right mentors and strong teams around me who have taught me a significant amount about different aspects of business. I’ve come to believe that, in many ways, all businesses are the same; success comes down to alignment on both short-term and long-term goals and making sure every person understands their responsibilities and how they contribute to the bigger picture. Owning and managing a building is no different. It requires discipline, accountability, strong partnerships, and a clear plan for both today and the future.

At Sentry Realty, I’ve been heavily involved in sourcing, structuring, and executing many of our key transactions, including 1375 Broadway, 1370 Broadway, 292 Madison Avenue, and 180 Water Street. One of the ways Sentry stands out is that we don’t view real estate in isolation. At American Exchange Group, relationships have always been at the center of how we operate with retailers, vendors, and partners across industries. The access to real-time retail data, supply chain insight, and long-standing relationships gives us perspective beyond traditional real estate metrics. In many cases, we’re seeing shifts in consumer behavior and business strategy before they fully reflect in the property market.
